'Forced to drink disinfectant' in Jersey care home

The final report from the Jersey Independent Care Inquiry panel said the operation of the care home where Mr and Mrs Maguire abused children was "a testimony to the failure of States' management and oversight".

Darren lived in an atmosphere which the panel describes as "oppressive and fearful", and turned to living on the streets when he was a teenager.
