$270,000 reward for capture of Colombian car bomber

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos has offered a $270,000 reward for information leading to the capture of those behind a car bomb attack in Bogota on Thursday.

Nine people were injured when the bomb exploded outside a building housing a radio station and the Spanish news agency, Efe.
