Chile miners' excitement as drill breaks through

Rescuers have drilled through to the underground chamber where 33 miners are trapped in Chile.

The 'Plan B' drill was the first to carve a hole wide enough for an escape capsule to pull the miners out one by one.

One of the Plan B team, Gregory Hall a drilling expert from the US, described the steady progress before the drill broke through to the underground chamber, and the excitement of the waiting mineworkers.
