Bolivian flags greet fourth trapped miner, Carlos Mamani

The only non-Chilean among the 33 men trapped underground, a Bolivian national, has been safely winched to the surface of the San Jose mine after 69 days.

Carlos Mamani, 23, was cheered on by his wife and well wishers waving Bolivian flags as he fell to his knees in gratitude.
