Vote-counting begins in Haiti's presidential election

Vote-counting has begun in the second round of Haiti's presidential election. The first round of voting in November was marred by allegations of fraud which led to violent clashes.

But, observers say Sunday's ballot was largely peaceful with voters choosing between singer Michel Martelly and former first lady Mirlande Manigat.

Preliminary results are expected to be announced later this month.

The BBC's Andy Gallagher reports from Port au Prince.
