Driver unharmed after train hits van in Buenos Aires

A driver has narrowly avoided death after driving a van through a level crossing and colliding with a train in Buenos Aires.

A camera fitted to the front of the train shows it pushing the van out of the way of the track.

It has been reported that the driver was able to walk away from the incident unharmed, but was detained by authorities.

The crash happened less than a week after a city bus collided with two passenger trains, killing eleven and injuring 200 in the Argentinian capital.
