Rio summit draws to a close

The United Nations Sustainable Development summit has ended in Rio de Janeiro, and the city is assessing how it handled the 50,000 visitors who came for the event.

Transport problems stalled areas beyond the convention centre and highlighted Brazil's need for major infrastructural improvements before the World Cup is held there in 2014, and the Olympics just two years after that.
