Brazilian schoolchildren learn about World Cup nations

A number of schools in Brazil are using the upcoming Fifa World Cup as a way to encourage their pupils to learn more about history, geography and even art.

Many classes are now focusing on the background to countries whose national football teams are getting ready to take to the pitch when the tournament kicks off on 12 June.

BBC Brasil has visited three schools in Sao Paulo state to find out what the children have been learning.
