Chapecoense vice-president is devastated after crash

A plane carrying 77 people has crashed in Colombia; among them were members of a top Brazilian football team.

Vice-president Ivan Tozzo has watched the evolution of the club and says the loss is devastating, both for him and for the town of Chapeco. He welcomes the offer from other Brazilian clubs to lend players, as Chapecoense rebuilds.
