Venezuela vote: 'We know the turnout was manipulated'

The company that provided the voting system for Sunday's vote in Venezuela has said that turnout numbers were "manipulated". Venezuela's electoral authorities said more than eight million people voted in the elections for a new constituent assembly.

But speaking in London the CEO of Smartmatic, Antonio Mugica, gave a different account.
