Father's 'devastation' at Red Cap murder acquittals

The father of a British soldier who was one of six Royal Military Police soldiers killed by a mob at an Iraqi police station in 2003 has said he is devastated by the collapse of the alleged killers' trial.

Iraqis Hamza Hateer and Mussa Ismael al Fartusi were acquitted by a court in Baghdad because of a lack of evidence.

John Miller, the father of one of the Red Caps, Corporal Simon Miller, described his feelings at the outcome.
