Egyptian protesters finally leaving Tahrir Square

Most of the thousands of anti-government protesters who have been occupying Tahrir Square in the centre of Cairo have now left.

The higher military council which assumed power following the resignation of President Mubarak has dissolved parliament and suspended the constitution.

It says it will stay in power for six months or until elections can be held.

Middle East correspondent Wyre Davies reports.
