Foreign ministers discuss response to Libya violence

About 30,000 people who have fled the violence in Libya are now feeling trapped and restless on the Libya-Tunisia border.

Col Muammar Gaddafi is still thought to be in control of the capital, but opposition groups are trying to co-ordinate their responses.

Foreign ministers are gathering in the Swiss city of Geneva to discuss what further measures can be taken.
