Syria 'will strike back' after suicide blast

Syria has warned it will "strike back with an iron fist" after a suicide attack killed at least 26 people in Damascus.

It has blamed "terrorists" for the bombing, but the opposition says it holds the regime responsible.

This weekend, the Arab League will consider an initial report from its observers, who are in Syria to monitor President Assad's compliance with a peace plan.
