Muslim Brotherhood to contest Egypt vote

Egypt's largest Islamic grouping, the Muslim Brotherhood, will contest the country's Presidential election - reversing a promise it made not to stand after President Mubarak's overthrowing last year.

The Muslim Brotherhood is already Egypt's dominant political movement and some opponents fear its rise threatens their hopes for a moderate secular future for the country.
