Turkey PM Erdogan calls Syria an 'open threat'

Turkey says its military rules of engagement have changed after Syria shot down a Turkish plane that strayed into its territory.

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan told parliament that the incident shows Syria has become an "open threat", and Turkey "is not going to tolerate" any breaches of its border areas.
