Syria crisis: Damascus blast 'kills a least 15'

A car bomb has exploded in the centre of Syria's capital Damascus, killing at least 15 people and wounding 47, according to state media.

The blast happened on Monday in a busy residential and commercial area, close to a school and Syria's central bank.
