Syria peace talks: No aid relief for Homs yet

The Syrian peace talks in Geneva are in deadlock over the divisive issue of transferring power to a transitional government.

UN mediator Lakhdar Brahimi said there was "apparently the will" to continue talks but no decision yet on allowing an aid convoy into besieged areas of the city of Homs.
