Rawabi: A new Palestinian city in the West Bank

Rawabi is the first new Palestinian city to be built in the Israeli-occupied West Bank.

It is the idea of the American-Palestinian multi-millionaire Bashar Masri, who is building homes for 25,000 Palestinians.

But there is no running water - and there are fears the situation will also remain hostage to Israeli-Palestinian politics.

The BBC's chief international correspondent Lyse Doucet has been following developments for the past year.
