Iraq's growing refugee crisis

The advance of Islamic State militants in Anbar province and defeat for the government in Ramadi has caused Iraqis to flee to safety in huge numbers.

Most have journeyed towards Baghdad, but others have gone north to Kurdish controlled areas.

David Campanale reports.
