Palestinians killed in Israeli air strikes on Gaza

A Palestinian woman and her two-year-old daughter have been killed in Israeli airstrikes on Gaza.

Israel said they were retaliating after rockets were fired at its territory.

Escalating violence has claimed the lives of four Israelis and 23 Palestinians in a two week period.
