Mass grave of 80 murdered women discovered near Sinjar

A mass grave thought to contain the remains of as many as 80 women has been discovered near the Iraqi town of Sinjar.

Sinjar was taken by Islamic State forces last year but liberated this week.

Local people reported a wave of brutality and mass executions targeted against members of the minority Yazidi community.
