18,000 people die in Syrian custody says Amnesty International

Almost 18,000 people died in government custody in Syria between 2011 and 2015, according to the Human Rights group, Amnesty International.

Former detainees say people are subjected to torture and abuse in the country's prisons.

Yogita Limaye reports from Beirut.
