Inside secret camp where IS defectors go

The BBC has had exclusive access to a secret internment camp for former so-called Islamic State militants and their families in Syria.

Some 300 defectors and captured fighters are being held at the camp, operated by a rebel group.

Among those captured are French, Dutch and Polish nationals.

The BBC's Quentin Sommerville reports.
