Tehran high-rise collapses after being engulfed by fire

A landmark commercial building in the Iranian capital, Tehran, has collapsed after being engulfed by fire.

The 17-storey Plasco building, built in the 1960s, had been evacuated beforehand, but dozens of firefighters were battling the blaze when it came down.
