Clinton concerned about Pakistan-based US attack

The US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, has arrived in Pakistan for high level talks.

She is expected to urge Pakistan's leaders to step up their fight against Islamist militants, seen as a crucial part of the US-led mission in neighbouring Afghanistan.

Asked whether she felt an attack on America could emanate from Pakistan, the Secretary of State told the BBC she feared it remained a possibility.
