Struggle for flood aid in southern Pakistan

In southern Pakistan tens of thousands of people are fleeing a threatened flood-surge, three weeks after heavy monsoon rains first hit the country.

Overall, about 1,600 people have been killed by the floods and 20 million affected.

The BBC's Ben Brown reports from the Indus river on the struggle to get aid to victims.
