What does 2011 hold for Thailand

From early March to mid May 2010, anti-government protestors known as the Red Shirts occupied parts of Thailand's capital Bangkok.

They came to demand early elections, claiming that because the current coalition government came to power via a parliamentary deal, rather than a fresh vote, it did not represent the will of the people.

Elections are due by the end of 2011, but will that solve Thailand's political problems?
