Taliban suicide bomber 'kills six' in Kabul

A suicide bomber has attacked the main military hospital in Kabul killing at least six people and injuring more than 20.

The attack happened near the US embassy in one of the most secure and heavily guarded parts of the Afghan capital.

The Taliban said the operation was part of a "spring offensive" to target NATO.

From Kabul, Quentin Sommerville reports.
