Arlington cemetery mix-up 'could affect 6,600 graves'

As many as 6,600 graves at Arlington National Cemetery in the US could be mislabelled or unmarked, the cemetery's former superintendent has admitted.

John Metzler told a US Senate hearing he took full responsibility for the scandal, saying incompetence and a lack of resources caused the problem.
