Donald Rumsfeld defiant on US campaign in Iraq

Donald Rumsfeld, who served as Defense Secretary under President George W Bush, was one of the driving forces behind the invasion of Iraq in 2003 and the military campaign in Afghanistan.

For the past four years he has kept his silence, but he is back in the public eye, defending his record in an autobiography and a series of television interviews.
