US brings 22 charges against 'Wikileaks' soldier

The US military has brought 22 new charges against an American soldier suspected of passing material to the Wikileaks website.

The extra charges against Private Bradley Manning include "aiding the enemy".

It is a capital offence although Army prosecutors have said they will not be recommending the death penalty.
