Obama vows to restore tornado-hit Joplin

President Obama has visited the city devastated by a tornado that killed at least 142 people. He addressed a memorial service and met survivors and relatives of some of the victims.

Hundreds more were injured by the tornado that tore through the town of Joplin in the state of Missouri.
