Nato summit to focus on Afghanistan's future

World leaders have travelled on to Chicago in the US for the Nato summit, where it is hoped an aid plan for Afghanistan will be agreed.

They want to fund security forces in Afghanistan after combat troops leave in 2014.

So far the UK, Germany, Australia and Austria have all committed money to help continue the fight against the Taliban.
