Snow in Arkansas biggest in 29 years

At least 15 people have died in a severe winter storm in the United States.

Blizzards have caused power cuts in southern and mid-western states, and hundreds of flights have been cancelled.

Brent Pinkerton from KMTB Radio in Nashville, Arkansas, describes how the snow is affecting people there.
