UN powers discuss Syria plan after Obama postpones vote

Members of the UN Security Council are meeting to discuss Russia's plans for dealing with the Syrian crisis.

The Syrians claim they will stop production of chemical weapons and open their sites to international inspection.

It comes after President Barack Obama announced the US would delay a vote on military action.
