US snow storms: Buffalo residents braced for floods

Residents of part of New York State who are battling "historic" levels of snow fear flooding as the heavy snowfall begins to melt.

There are also concerns that roofs could collapse under the added weight.

Michelle Fleury reports from Buffalo.
