CIA interrogation report: Coverage from US Senate

Dianne Feinstein from the Senate Intelligence Committee has been speaking in the US Senate as a summary of a report into CIA interrogations is released.

The 480-page summary details the CIA's campaign against al-Qaeda in the aftermath of 9/11.

Earlier on Tuesday, the White House said that security had been stepped up at US facilities around the world ahead of the release of the report.

Embassies and other sites were taking precautions amid "some indications" of "greater risk", a spokesman said.
