California car crash causes fire hydrant geyser

A car has crashed into a fire hydrant causing water to shoot around 20m (70ft) into the air in Van Nuys in California.

It is thought that a local college student who stayed up all night revising for a test fell asleep in the car.

Authorities say the driver was not seriously injured.
