What can the US learn from Finland about cold weather?

Record-breaking low temperatures in the United States have led to power cuts and schools have closed in some states. But for some countries, this level of cold is part of normal life.

Finland is one of the coldest countries in the world - with a record low below -50°C (-58°F).

So what can the US learn from Finland about dealing with cold weather?

The BBC's Rajini Vaidyanathan went to the Finnish Embassy in Washington, DC, to find out the secret to what they call "snow-how".
