California oil spill sparks environmentalists' concerns

Two oil slicks have formed off the coast of southern California in the US, after an onshore pipeline ruptured.

Workers have been cleaning up the oil that is stuck to sand and rocks along Refugio State Beach, which is on the southern Santa Barbara County coast.

Environmentalists are concerned that the oil may harm wildlife including birds and whales.
