State of emergency declared as weather wreaks havoc in Texas

Extreme weather is wreaking havoc in the southern United States - in the form of floods and tornadoes.

At least sixteen people have been killed by storms in Oklahoma and Texas.

Recovery teams are still searching for people who are still missing and more than a thousand homes have been damaged or destroyed in Texas.
