Scars remain in New Orleans 10 years after Katrina

President Obama is to visit New Orleans, as part of commemorations marking ten years since Hurricane Katrina wreaked havoc.

1,800 people died in the storm and some parts of the city have still not fully recovered, as Gary O'Donoghue reports.
