Obama apology over Kunduz hospital bombing

President Obama has apologised to the head of a medical charity for the American air strike on the hospital in Kunduz, Afghanistan, which took place four days ago.

Medecins sans Frontieres lost 22 staff and patients in the attack.

The Americans have now said the bombing was a mistake, and it was attempting to strike the Taliban.

Nick Bryant reports.
