Alaska Governor: 'Meet climate costs by drilling'

The Governor of Alaska says that the rising costs of climate change in his state can best be met by intensifying the hunt for oil and gas.

A week ago Shell announced that it would stop Arctic oil and gas exploration off the coast of Alaska after "disappointing" results.

Bill Walker says that drilling needs to start "urgently" in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, currently a protected area near the north coast.
