Florida suspect's brother: 'They knew it was going to happen'

The brother of the man accused of the Florida airport shootings, Esteban Santiago, says he blames the government for not getting his brother the help he needed.

Esteban Santiago had told the FBI he was hearing voices and that he believed he was being controlled by a US intelligence agency.

Bryan Santiago says his brother tried to get help.
