Trump wire-tap claim denied by ex-spy chief Clapper

Donald Trump's claim that his phones were tapped at the order of Barack Obama has been denied by the former director of national intelligence.

James Clapper, who held the position when Donald Trump was running for the White House, told NBC's Meet the Press he would have known about any such activity.
