Donald Trump says FBI's Comey fired for not doing a 'good job'

US President Donald Trump has said he dismissed FBI director James Comey because he "wasn't doing a good job".

Mr Trump spoke to reporters alongside Richard Nixon's Secretary of State, Henry Kissinger, who is now 93 years old.

The president said he discussed Syria and Russia with Mr Kissinger.
