Steve Bannon: 'Resign if you don't back Trump'

Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon says he was the only one defending US President Trump after Charlottesville.

In his first interview since leaving government, he told Charlie Rose on CBS 60 Minutes that White House employees who did not agree with Trump should quit.

The president was criticised for not quickly condemning the actions of white supremacists in Charlottesville, Virginia.
