Which parts of a pig are eaten in China?

As the UK agrees a £50m trade deal with China, a look at the parts of a pig eaten there.

Under the new trade deal - described by the British Pig Executive as "a wonderful achievement" - the UK is to begin exporting trotters, tails and ears. In China, there is a huge market for such body parts which are usually discarded in the UK.
